This wine was born as a tribute to the founder of the winery, Mr. Severino Fernández and reflects the tradition, good work and passion that have been instilled, generation after generation, through one hundred years of history. Reddish yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose stands out for its fresh and expressive aroma, with notes of fresh fruit (apple peach) and wild herbs. In the mouth it is fruity and powerful, reminiscent of stone fruit, with a tasty finish, with a certain complexity and excellent citric acidity.
